| This system offers the service of video information search and browsing of this organization¡¦s meetings and the committee meetings and links to the bulletin system of this organization on the internet. |
| 6. Online video information quantity |
| This system offers the historical video information of the past three months. |
| 7. Users¡¦ behavior limit |
| Users of this system are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors: |
| purpose, advertising, promotion, propaganda, political purpose, election or lawsuit. |
| Without the consent of this organization, links from this system¡¦s video signal to other websites are not allowed. |
| The video signal of this system can¡¦t be reproduced, altered or offered to other people. |
| One can¡¦t duplicate, interpret, deconstruct or use other method to investigate the source code of this system¡¦s software. One can¡¦t use any information technology to obtain the user names and passwords of this system. |
| 8. Related legal penalty |
| If user engages in the following improper behavior and is involved in crime, he will be prosecuted according to laws. |
| One obtains the video signal of this system with improper method and forges or alters it and causes the loss of other people¡¦s privileges. |
| One maliciously interrupts and stops the service of this system, causing other people unable to use it. |
| Other improper behaviors that cause the loss of other people¡¦s privileges. |
| 9. Broadband streaming sharing collaboration and agreement |
| This system can engage in broadband streaming sharing collaboration with internet service providers (ISP) or telecommunication providers. Regarding the service efficiency and quality of the broadcast service broadband streaming sharing partners in collaboration with this organization, this organization can establish meeting broadcast evaluation committee to make regular evaluation. |
